When do you deliver?
Deliveries run within the hours our licence permits. The exact window is shown at checkout, and you choose a time that suits you.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. Someone eighteen or over must be there to receive the order and show photo ID. We cannot leave alcohol at the door, with a neighbour, or in a safe place, and we cannot deliver to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Why is there a delay before dispatch?
Every order is held for a short mandatory period between being placed and being handed to a driver. It is a legal requirement for online alcohol sales, not a choice we made.
Where do you deliver?
Our own drivers cover selected Adelaide postcodes. Everywhere else in Australia we ship by courier, with an adult signature required.
